Understanding

After deciding you are interested in a website we will sit down with you and understand you currently marketing strategy, business goals, practices and systems before we talk about your vision for a website.  After we understand your needs and desires, we go to work and present you with a design. We then talk and listen and implement the adjustments you desire.
 

Building

The building of your site should only take 2 to 3 weeks to accomplish depending on the size and technology.  We use some of the latest tools, including professional graphics  and new digital photographs if needed. We will work with you to incorporate the appropriate technology for your site.

Reviewing

During the time of building the website we let you review the product online at different stages.  After the website is completed we give you a period of time to "test drive" the site until you are 100% satisfied.

Marketing

When you site is close to being launched you want everyone to know about.  We can help you do this through search engine registrations, press releases, e-mail announcements, and strategic cross-links.  A website is not meant to just sit there.

Maintaining

We pride ourselves in our one on one personal approach. We are available by phone, e-mail, and in person when necessary to make sure your website keeps going day and night.  After your website is complete we will fix any problems with your site for a period of 30 day at no charge to you.  If you wish, after this period of you can choose from one of our monthly site maintenance programs or be billed at our hourly rate.
